Returns & Refunds


In the rare case, you're not 100% satisfied with the product(s), you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for the same product within 14 days from the day it was received. Alternatively, we can issue you a store credit to place another order. In case you receive a defective/wrong sized item, the return costs to our warehouse will be fully supported by us. If the item(s) is returned for any other reason than that, the buyer will support the return costs. 

To return a product follow the steps:

1. Send at 2-3 pictures of the item(s) along with the reason for return. Insert the order number like #101930 in the email subject.

2. Once you receive the return address, you may ship the product(s) via a courier of your choice. We suggest providing tracking number for the returns, as lost in return items are not liable for reimbursement. 

3. Once the item is returned to our warehouse you will have the amount refunded. Please allow 2-10 working days for the transaction to appear on your account.

*Please note that Express Delivery fees are not eligible for refunds.

Additional conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. KRUZADO is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.

Partial refunds:
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Lingeries, underwear, beauty products, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

KRUZADO will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to KRUZADO. In a case of a missing package we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sizing issue (if applicable)
Before placing an order, make sure you check the associated size guide. If you purchase an apparel which does not fit, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to one of our warehouse based in Switzerland or The United-State. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To exchange an item, please email us via so we can approve the return. After the return is approved, print out your email invoice and mail that along with your item back to us. write on the invoice what you would like exchanged. Once we receive it, we will review your case within 48 hours and send you the new product. Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


You may request cancellation of your order, provided that it has not already been processed. We will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to shipping. If you would like to request an order cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order, and we will do everything we can to accommodate your request. In this case, we suggest you contact us by using our live chat for faster response.

Nonetheless, the speed with which we process orders may make it very difficult to cancel. So, simply requesting a cancellation does not guarantee an order can be canceled. If you forgot to redeem an offer code, we will be happy to check to see if it can be applied to your order.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
